Understanding the BetBox ... AFC Championship Edition

The Current Line on the Jets/Steelers game is:

Jets          - +4 spread (-110 payout) / +165 moneyline
Steelers    - -4 spread (-110 payout) / -200 moneyline

What does this mean?  A $10 bet on the Jets moneyline will payout $16.50. A $10 bet on the Steelers moneyline will payout $5.
